Ceres International B.V. is a holding company founded by three friends from the USA, Germany and Hungary, with the aim of establishing a competence center for variety improvement and product development, in addition to the production and marketing of industrial hemp and its derivatives in Europe.
The American owner – who is also co-owner of MyepicCBD.com – is involved in industrial hemp cultivation and processing in the USA and has a strong insight into the industrial hemp and CBD market in the Americas.
The German side will strengthen the project with its experience in security and HR.
The Hungarian party, Zoltán Ziegler, Managing Director of the investor CIG Production Kft., is supporting the present development in the business development and management area mentioned above.
There are two companies which are already established: Ceres production and Ceres trading.
